BCL Homes has over 50 years of Construction experience between its Owners, which includes holding national positions with the largest builders. Known for their townhomes and single family homes, BCL Homes are currently focused in South Tampa and Dade City.

BCL Homes was started after both Mike Stearns and Mike Foster left Lennar as a venture to continue building without the confines of a major corporation or Home Builder.  BCL works for investors as well as building their own custom spec homes.  Past and current sites include land development on a limited scale as well.  BCL homes has two very experienced Project Managers that are constantly reviewing the progress and quality of the homes.
