Even though the first builder advertised themselves as a “Custom Home Builder,” the process and final product was nowhere near what we experienced with BCL. The entire process went very smoothly, from the first meeting with Mike and Mike to the closing day walkthrough with Jerry.
Jerry, our project manager, was literally there with us through every step of the project. Every detail of the house, down to the location of outlets and light switches, was discussed, explained, and changed if we desired something different. Jerry called us for a meeting for every major milestone of the project to ensure we were tracking and the expectations for our dream house were met. On closing
day, we moved into our dream home that was built exactly to what we had envisioned.
Mike and Jerry started as our builders but along the way they became friends who were building our house."
